Parosteal osteosarcoma 1st metatarsal. On the radiographs looks more like a periosteal (juxtacortical) chondroma. 1st biopsy showed only reactive tissue. 2nd biopsy reported as osteosarcoma. From an imaging point of view wrong age and wrong site for parosteal osteosarcoma.
