Clinical History

65-year-old female from the Indian subcontinent with an 18 month history of pain and swelling over the lateral ankle. There was a strong family history of TB. The initial radiograph was interpreted as showing a fracture. Follow-up radiograph was obtained 14 months later. Chest radiograph was normal.
