1. About the Site

MSK Radiology 4U is a free, peer-reviewed musculoskeletal radiology teaching resource, comprising a case library, video library, quiz mode, and related educational content, made available to radiologists, trainees, orthopaedic surgeons, medical students, and other clinical or academic users worldwide.

The Site is provided free of charge for educational purposes. It is not a commercial product, and access does not create any professional, contractual, or fiduciary relationship between you and MSK Radiology 4U beyond these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

All content on the Site — including cases, images, diagnoses, commentary, and quiz material — is provided strictly for educational and training purposes. It is not intended to be, and must not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual patient or clinical scenario.

Nothing on the Site creates a doctor-patient relationship. If you are a patient or member of the public, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concern. Clinicians using the Site remain solely responsible for the clinical decisions they make in their own practice.

3. Accuracy of content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the cases, images, and information on the Site are correct and up to date, MSK Radiology 4U makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Responsibility for how any information on the Site is interpreted or used rests with the user.

Teaching cases may be simplified, anonymised, or adapted for educational purposes and may not reflect the full clinical picture of any real patient.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including case images, text, video, logos, and design — is owned by MSK Radiology 4U or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print material from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use only (for example, private study or exam revision), provided you do not remove any copyright or attribution notices. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes
• Use case images or material in your own publications, courses, or products without prior written permission
• Systematically scrape, copy, or download the case library or video library in bulk
• Modify or create derivative works from Site content without permission

Requests to reuse content beyond personal educational use should be sent to the contact address in Section 11.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its admin systems, or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including through excessive automated requests
• Upload or transmit any patient-identifiable information through the Site

6. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party resources, including societies, journals, guidelines, textbooks, conferences, and mobile app stores. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Mobile apps

Where MSK Radiology 4U content is made available through mobile apps via third-party app stores, use of those apps is also subject to the relevant app store's own terms, in addition to these Terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the Site at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSK Radiology 4U, its contributors, and affiliated individuals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any content contained in it. This includes, without limitation, any clinical, financial, or reputational loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
