Clinical History

Adolescent boy with thigh pain referred to an orthopaedic oncology centre for review of suspected femoral diaphyseal abnormality. MRI of the femoral diaphysis was said to be normal. Radiograph at presentation and frog-lateral hips obtained 2 weeks later.
