Clinical History

35-year-old woman with a 6 year history of knee pain. AP knee radiograph at presentation, MRI of the knee after 7 months and 14 months later. A MRI scan of the spine was obtained to exclude spinal pathology. Finally, 22 months after first presentation radiographs were obtained of the femur.
