Clinical History

45-year-old male with 5 weeks hip pain and haemoptysis. Complex past medical history. 11-years ago soft tissue Ewings thigh treated with surgery, chemotherpay and radiotherapy. 9 years ago developed acute myeloid leukaemia. 7 years ago developed AVN of the femoral head treated with core decompression. 5 years ago increasing hip required total hip replacement.
