Clinical History

33-year-old female with 10 months increasing knee pain. Previous history of polyarteritis nodosa treated for 10 years with cyclophosphamide. Aortic valve replacement 8 years ago. Non-Hodgkins lymphoma in the groin 18 months ago treated with chemotherapy.
