Clinical History

19-year-old female with a 2 year history of fluctuating pain over lateral aspect of knee. Recent development of a soft tissue mass. Referred to an orthopaedic oncology unit for treatment of a presumed 'ganglion'. Radiographs at presentation, considered normal, and 2 years later at the time of referral.
