Clinical History

12-year-old boy treated for osteosarcoma of the proximal femur with surgical excision, insertion of a prosthesis and chemotherapy both before and after surgery. Attending for follow-up complaining of some pain in the knees and the attending physician noticed some bowing of the legs.
