Clinical History

13-year-old girl with 5 year history of recurrent knee joint effusions. Radiographs and MRI were obtained (films 1-3) followed by an arthroscopy. A diagnosis was made but no treatment undertaken at that time. The MRI was repeated 3 years later together with an angiogram.
