Clinical History

63-year-old female with increasing knee pain. Radiographs at presentation and 1 month later when sustained low-impact fracture. Past medical history included curettage of a bone lesion at this site at age 21 (42 years before) and then bone grafting at age 27. No history of radiation therapy.
