Clinical History

74-year-old female with left groin discomfort. History of carcinoma of the breast 18 years before and recurrent disease 2 years ago. Now identified abnormality on radiograph and CT. Referred to an orthopaedic oncology unit for distinction between Paget's sarcoma or metastasis.
