Clinical History

61-year-old male with old history of prostate cancer treated with surgery and radiotherapy. Now mildly elevated PSA. Bone scintigraphy showed increased activity at an asymptomatic site in the posterior aspect of the left ilium. Review of old imaging showed indolent lesion in the ilium for at least 10 years but not before that.
