Clinical History

28-year-old female. 6 years before had undergone total thyroidectomy and suppressive thyroxine treatment for a follicular carcinoma of the thyroid. Underwent PET/CT scan as had recently been noted to have elevated thyroglobulins. Incidental lesion noted in the ischium.
