Clinical History

67-year-old male with 2 year history of a mass slowly growing over the shoulder and recent onset of pain. Radiographs were obtained at presentation and considered unremarkable and repeated 11 months later. MRI was contraindicated because of a previously treated intracranial aneurysm and so a CT scan was performed.
