Clinical History

50-year-old male with long-standing wrist problems following injury. Radiographs 1 year after initial injury, 5 years and 21 years later. The latter film was obtained at the age of 71 just prior to referral to an orthopaedic oncology unit for assessment of a lesion in the distal radius.
